YOU READ IT HERE FIRST: An undercover operation at a Westwood massage parlor led to the arrest of a 26-year-old Brooklyn woman on prostitution charges.
Elina Chapurina was taken into custody after an officer “entered the establishment and after a short conversation…was solicited for sex in exchange for money,” Police Chief Frank Regino told CLIFFVIEW PILOT this morning.
Borough officials closed the Broadway business because of a disabled fire alarm, Regino said.
Chapurina, meanwhile, was released pending an Aug. 20 court date for the disorderly persons offense.
The investigation was conducted by borough police and the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Special investigation Squad, Regino said.
