YOU READ IT HERE FIRST: A Polish national is facing possible deportation after Garfield police arrested him on Thanksgiving for driving drunk while his license was suspended a second time — both for DWI.
Records show Kazimierz M. Burdzy, 28, also owes $664 for a July 2009 DWI conviction out of Rutherford.
Burdzy (who posted the above photos on Facebook) was being held on $25,000 bail in the Bergen County Jail.
The INS also put a detainer on him for deportation proceedings once the case is resolved.
