ONLY ON CVP: A Carlstadt man was indicted by a grand jury in Hackensack on charges of showing child pornography to an underage girl during an online chat.
Computer crimes detectives arrested 36-year-old David Jusis in early June and executed a search warrant at his Broad Street apartment in connection with a May 12 chat, authorities said.
Jusis, who is single and unemployed, was released on a summons charging him with child endangerment – specifically, by “engaging in sexually explicit chat messages with under-age females,” Bergen County Prosecutor John L. Molinelli said at the time.
The indictment returned htis week charges him with knowingly showing the girl “obscene materials…to arouse, gratify or stimuate himself,” impairing or debauching the morals of a child and having more than 100 images “depicting children engaged in a prohibited sex act or simulation of same.”
