YOU SAW IT HERE FIRST: A Ford Mustang and Honda Accord collided at the intersection of West Midland Avenue and Paramus Road shortly after 2:30 this afternoon, sending both drivers to the hospital and tying up traffic in several directions.
A Paramus EMS ambulance already en route to The Valley Hospital in Ridgewood with a patient on board stopped at the scene to pick up one of the crash victims.
Another ambulance was dispatched from The hospital to attend to the other.
Both vehicles were removed from the scene by flatbed tow truck.
Paramus police were investigating.
