PHOTOS: Moonachie firefighters quickly doused a fire in a cheese-smoking machine at a local factory this morning.
The Cognati Cheese company building on Moonachie Road was then vented and everyone allowed to re-enter around 8:45 a.m., about a half-hour after the blaze broke out.
Moonachie police also responded.
