YOU READ IT HERE FIRST: Lodi narcotics detectives arrested a 19-year-old Garfield woman after they said they saw her buy two bags of pot on the street.
The investigators were heading down Passaic Street around 7 p.m. Thursday when they saw Zuleika Morales make the marijuana buy and put a bag in her pocket, Detective Capt. Donald Scorzetti told CLIFFVIEW PILOT today.
She was later released on a court summons charging her with drug possession.
