A Yonkers man was stoned, shirtless and shoeless when police found him sitting on the lower level of the George Washington Bridge after his car crashed into a van overnight Thursday, authorities told Daily Voice.
PAPD Officer Jesse Turano found 35-year-old Jorge Luiggi “breathing but unresponsive” in an eastbound lane around 1 a.m., the authority’s Joseph Pentangelo said.
Nearby was his 2013 Toyota, which had collided with a 2011 Ford sedan driven by a 52-year-old woman, he said. She was taken to Columbia Presbyterian Hospital in Manhattan with injuries that weren’t life-threatening, police said. READ MORE….
