YOU READ IT HERE FIRST: A man shot in the abdomen in Fairview died overnight, CLIFFVIEW PILOT has confirmed.
The victim died in surgery after being shot around 11:30 last night in the area of Third and Walker streets off Anderson Avenue, law enforcement sources confirmed.
The Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office was investigating. No one had been charged as of early this morning.
Unconfirmed reports are that the victim was shot during a home invasion.
