YOU READ IT HERE FIRST: A married, unemployed Mexican immigrant f had sex several times with a 12-year-old Englewood girl before authorities arrested him, Bergen County Prosecutor John L. Molinelli said this afternoon.
Investigators from Molinelli’s Special Victims Unit took 33-year-old Victor Brito Casimiro into custody yesterday on charges of aggravated sexual assault, sexual assault and child endangerment.
A judge ordered him held on $250,000 bail in the Bergen County Jail and required that he surrender his passport.
“The New Jersey Department of Children and Families Division of Child Protection and Permanency learned of the incidents and contacted [unit detectives], who then notified the Englewood Police Department,” the prosecutor said.
A unit detective then inerviewed the girl, who “provided specific details,” Molinelli said.
