A drunk and bleeding Ridgewood man who claimed he’d been knocked off his bicycle by a hit and run driver overnight Friday in Paramus fought with emergency responders in River Vale and then again at the hospital, authorities said.
As of Friday morning, police said they hadn’t found evidence of a crash — or of a bicycle.
