A New Milford man accused of assaulting the same girl several times in Teaneck over three years was arrested twice before on sex-crime charges, Daily Voice has learned.
Freddy O. Guzman, who was arrested in January, was formally charged at an arraignment in Hackensack on Monday with criminal sexual contact, criminal sexual assault, and engaging in sexual conduct that would impair or debauch the morals of a child.
Defense attorney Brian Neary entered a plea of “not guilty” on Guzman’s behalf.
