A Hackensack college student was charged with raping a woman and a Fort Lee student with participating in the crime.
Yazin Z. Albaghal, 20, was arrested after the alleged victim went to Hackensack University Medical Center on Sunday saying she’d been sexually assaulted in a city apartment earlier in the day, Bergen County Prosecutor John L. Molinelli said Thursday.
Hackensack police Molinelli’s Special Victims Unit, and a joint investigation led to his arrest on charged of aggravated sexual assault and hindering apprehension. READ MORE….
