A 76-year-old Old Tappan driver was charged with leaving the scene of a crash that severely injured a 70-year-old Hillsadle woman as she crossed the street on Monday.
Wesley Evans, 76, told police that he didn’t know he’d hit anyone after his pickup struck Tianhua Feng just after 8 a.m. Monday on Piermont Avenue in front of Pascack Valley High School.
Feng was flown by medical chopper to Hackensack University Medical Center and was most recently listed in stable condition, Bergen County Prosecutor John L. Molinelli said Friday. READ MORE….
